3.1 No Refund Once Work Commences
GST Partner operates a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced on any service. "Work commenced" means any of the following has occurred:
- Service request has been accepted and assigned to a team member
- Any document preparation, data entry, or filing process has begun
- Any communication has been initiated with a government portal on your behalf
- Any consultation session has been conducted
3.2 Refund Eligibility Before Work Commencement
A full refund may be considered only if:
- You cancel the service request in writing before any work has commenced
- The cancellation request is submitted to support@gstpartner.com within 24 hours of payment
- GST Partner is unable to deliver the service due to reasons solely attributable to us
Refund requests submitted after work has commenced will not be entertained under any circumstances.
3.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refund will be issued in the following situations:
- Government fees, portal charges, or statutory filing fees already paid on your behalf
- Services delayed or failed due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you
- Rejection by government authorities due to eligibility issues on your part
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Services already delivered in full
3.4 Cancellation by GST Partner
In the rare event that GST Partner cancels a service due to reasons attributable solely to us, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3.5 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only. GST Partner is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
3.6 How to Request a Refund
Send a written refund request to support@gstpartner.com with subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name] - [Service Name]". Include your order details, payment reference, and reason for the request.
