This SLA defines our service commitments. Timelines are indicative and depend on government portals and completeness of information provided by you.
4.1 Scope
This SLA applies to all services provided by GST Partner to its clients. It defines expected turnaround times, support response times, and our obligations to you.
4.2 Service Delivery Timelines
Timelines below begin only after receipt of all required documents and information from the client:
- GST Registration: 3-7 business days (subject to government portal processing)
- GST Returns Filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B): 1-3 business days before due date
- GST Annual Return (GSTR-9): 5-10 business days
- Income Tax Filing - Individual: 2-5 business days
- Income Tax Filing - Business: 5-10 business days
- GST Amendments: 3-5 business days
- Tax Consultation: Scheduled within 2 business days of request
- Business Registration: 7-15 business days (subject to MCA/ROC processing)
All timelines are subject to government portal availability, technical outages, and regulatory changes beyond our control.
4.3 Support Response Times
- Email queries to support@gstpartner.com: Response within 1 business day
- Urgent compliance matters (deadline within 48 hours): Response within 4 business hours
- General consultation requests: Response within 2 business days
4.4 Client Obligations Under This SLA
For us to meet our delivery commitments, you must:
- Provide all required documents and information within 24 hours of request
- Respond to clarification queries within 1 business day
- Approve drafts or filings within the timeline communicated
GST Partner is not responsible for missed deadlines if client obligations above are not met on time.
4.5 Government Portal Dependency
Many of our services are dependent on government portals (GSTN, Income Tax Portal, MCA21, etc.). GST Partner shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
- Government portal downtime or technical errors
- Changes in government procedures or regulations
- Delays in government processing times
- OTP or authentication issues on government portals
4.6 SLA Exclusions
This SLA does not apply during:
- Public holidays and government-declared non-working days
- Force majeure events as defined in our Terms and Conditions
- Periods where client has not provided required information or approvals
